Members-only Dinner to follow

One of the nation’s most distinguished foreign affairs experts joins us to discuss the global outlook for 2023 and his important new book, Bill of Obligations, on the critical role of citizens in reclaiming our democracy.

We are honored to welcome back veteran diplomat and Council on Foreign Relations president, Richard Haass. He will address where tensions in the world are highest - such as with Russia’s invasion into Ukraine, the possibility of Chinese aggression toward Taiwan, unrest in Iran, autocracy and populism on the rise, or the need for global climate action.

But, Haass brings his concerns home.  He will also raise issues so important for us now - what lessons we must heed to remedy our very divided nation and what each citizen must do to help. Please Join us over Zoom or consider becoming a member of The Common Good today to join this event
